We want you to be satisfied with your Self Rebuilding purchase. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Our physical books and planners are printed on demand specifically after an order is placed. Because each copy is produced for the individual order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once submitted. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads are generally final sale once delivered or accessed and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law or where the digital file is defective or inaccessible due to an issue with the product we provided.

REFUNDS
